I didn`t get a SIM-card . what to do???

Hello. Yesterday I signed a contract for a year, the seller promised that I would receive a SIM card today. But I didn’t receive it, and I urgently need it because I’m going abroad. What should I do? How can I check where my card is now?

The SIM's are sent via Royal Mail.  There was no guarantee it would arrive today, perhaps tomorrow.

Did you order this sim card from Sky and did you order it yesterday because if so it is always unlikely that it would turn up the very next day so you are probably looking at 2-5 days for delivery.
