I’d like to apply for a payment holiday please as I’ve been off sick and can’t pay my bill till 29th

I'd like to apply for a payment holiday please as I've bn off sick and won't be able to pay my phone bill till 29th December please and I really don't want my service restricted.

Hi @Adelefife you need to call sky on 150 to discuss this but it may be to late to get this sorted for this months payment.

@Adelefife 

Payment holidays apply to credit agreement repayments only. Any monthly mobile plan charges will carry on like normal and will still need to be paid each month.
