I changed my payment date sky added my 2 bills together then took the money out of my bank i have be

Ther put this payment  on next month's then still took the money out my bank

Hi @David289  this is stated in the help pages warning about moving your payment date. 

"When you change your payment date your next bill might be higher, as it will cover a longer billing period. It might also mean that you have two phone/tablet repayments on the same bill (if applicable)."
