I cant make or recieve calls

I have tried everything online to fix this. I cannor contact sky because im unable to make outgoing calls or recieve incoming calls.

I've had the same problem since Saturday on all 3 sims on my account. Got put through to 11 different departments yesterday!! Still not resolved. Extremely frustrating. No one seems to know what the problem is. Told this morning it may take 4 to 5 days to get resolved. Absolutely disgusting.

nice to know I'm not alone in this, but it's a joke. It's been a month ongoing issue.
