I cant call a land line from my sky mobile but works from my non sky mobile.

The number begins with 0208 500 XXXX and the message you get is "this number does not exist"

Please can someone advise help? its causing a real issue as the number is my main work number.

Does turning your Wifi off on the phone (if it is connected) allow you to make the call ?

All you can do is to report it to Sky on 150 so that they can take down the details so it can be sent through to their relevant team to investigate for you,
