I cannot see the details of my bills

I used to be able to download my Bills, not anymore. Also they are not posted. Respond to emails are also taking quite a lot of time. Still not response to my email either.

Already tried. Does not work for me, as the account restricted.  It seems to me that this way of opting  out Sky customers to reach their earlier bills with a precondition of registering for a direct debit is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Cannot provide a direct debit unless SKY allows me to access my previous bills, issued a couple of months ago.

Are you saying you are seeing a restricted message and if you are all your Sky services working OK ?

Partly I can receive SMSs. By the way the balance is '0' . I do not owe a penny, yet it is restricted.

Can you answer my question about your services, are they working so are you just seeing this restricted message when trying to view your account ?

Only receiving SMS works. I did not make a call ever since. I saw this restricted message when I logged into my account. Thanks

Ignoring the sms and the restricted message, is your Sky Mobile working so can you make and receive calls ?
