I cannot access my hotmail account. It appears to have been locked as someone was trying to gain access. I have tried to troubleshoot the problem but am finding difficulty in accessing my Microsoft account, the service doesn't seem to be working.

As this is a Microsoft account issue there isn't much we Sky customers can do for you so I would suggest using Google to find help to see what Microsoft says about locked account issues like this and if needs be you might need to contact them.
