I spent an hour and half talking to one of SKY' s experts and got absolutely no where, he kept saying it must be a problem with the phone. I then drove to my nearest phone shop and within two minutes he diagnosed the problem as An SON issue, he used his laptop to find the correct settings, entered them and the problem was fixed.
