I have recently bought a MOTO E13 and installed A SKY SIM. everything works ok within wifi range bu t
I cannot access the internet when I'm out and about but I can make and receive calls.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you are at home your phone will connect to your wifi connection but it can not do this at home so there is a setting on your phone that needs to be turned on so you can access the Sky data nework.
Depending on what phone you have this setting can usually be found via Settings and will say something like Mobile service or Mobile Data.
If you can not find it what phone have you ?

I have a moto E13.
MOBILE DATA, it is ON,
ROAMING is OFF,
mobile data always on is ON,
Automatically select network is ON
Does this help ?

Yes that helps @Withers as you have mobile data switched on then it should work. The only thing I can suggest is when you are away from your home is to turn the Wifi connection off.

Thanks I'll try that this morning. Failing that I'll have to speak to someone at SKY, I also need to mention that I don't seem to be able to set it to ski-calling any more.

Thanks for your help. I'm 80 years old and have no idea what PAM settings are. This is Moto E13, maybe you could be more specific.

Do you also have a Sky Mobile subscription with a reasonable data allowance (at least a gigabyte a month)?
It's conceivable you've inadvertently acquired the 100MB SIM which is essentially purposeless except for basic calls / texts and as the recipient for data allowance transfer from a different Sky Mobile user on the same account.

No I don't have anyone who can help, those that I've asked are as mystified as me.
Tried following the instructions but Acess point names are not available for this user.
Also tried other instruction but Advanced does not exist in the menu.
