I have a normal contract from Sky but I use a text service which usually gets charged to my monthly bill. The business owner tells me I am either out of credit or in a no network area since I moved to Sky mobile.

Then as stated abive this isn't somethng you can do with Sky so while you are free to phone them it will be a waste of time as this isn't going to change anything.

Are you in a contract for the sim or phone because if you it is unlikely Sky will allow you to cancel. They might let you if you agree to pay the remainder of the contract off in full.

I will cancel and pay what I owe for three contracts and phones. I think it's a quick fix as all other providers allow this service and the business themselves say they have never had an issue except for people out of credit or out of network area so I'm guessing I'm not the only Sky mobile user on the service.
