I can't setup my voicemail on my Samsung Galaxy s20 fe
I bought a reconditioned phone from a reputable seller. The phone works just fine However I haven't been able to set up my voicemail since owning the phone. I've been through the settings, and found that (what I assume) the original number the phone first came with, still appears in the settings. When I tried several times to input my own number, it said that it was invalid, it won't let me put my number in or delete the current number assigned to it. The company I got the phone from say that they've had issues with Sky mobile before. They want me to send the phone in to them but I reluctant as I can't be without a phone. Can anyone help me to fix this please? FYI, the voicemail icon which is usually below the keypad, isn't there. I can retrieve my messages but it's a bit long winded to do so.
