I can’t remove old devices from my account

I want to remove my old devices I no longer own from my sky account as this is preventing me from upgrading as you're only allowed 5 devices but I only actually have one!

Hi @KK76  you can't remove devices from your list. Any devices returned to sky or swapped will drop off after a few months. Older devices shouldn't stop you ordering new ones, they don't for me, if they are then call sky on 150 for help with your order.
