I can't make or receive calls. I get the message "no registered on network"

I've been going round in circles for the past few days trying to fix this without success. It's not a new sim and I've taken it out and cleaned it. I've tried the online advice but still no success

You might need a replacement sim so you will need to contact Sky about this so if you don't have another phone then there are links to their social media sites at the bottom of this page.
