I can’t make any calls

when I try to call, it says sorry can't connect to this call and then something about a spend cap I have got a new SIM, but still doesn't work

Are you trying to make chargeable calls (without a spend cap?)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
