I can't get on my Sky mobile account please can someone

I can't get into my Sky Mobile account on my phone to see what I'm using

Upgrade mobile phone

I was going to get a new mobile phone, but I don't have a photo ID. I only have my local council photo ID for voting. What can I do? No passport or driving licence

Not all drivers will ask for ID. However is there somebody there with you that has the same surname and has their own ID because if so that can show the driver their ID.

What is it you are trying to do, setup an ID so you can activate your sim ?
