I can't activate my mobile SIM card and keep my number.

I can't activate my mobile SIM card and keep my number.

This is the third week I've had this problem. This is the third SIM card I've received at home. And the problem continues!

The call center keeps going on and on without a solution. The Sky website asks for my ID, and I type it correctly, but the website says "error." What error do you mean? Sky uses that same information to charge for the Sky Wi-Fi internet I have at home! Sky's service is horrible! I need help!

Do you want to move your number from a different network to this Sky sim ?

 

If so are you able to only activate the sim as you can do the number transfer once it has activated.
