Whenever I go to look at my sky mobile app it says I need to link my sky id to look at my mobile accounts and when I do that it says that the account is already linked and takes me back to the homepage but it still doesn't show my account and continues to say I need to link the account
If you are sure you are using the correct login details then call Sky on 150 for help with this.
