I can't access my Tablet with a touch sensory.

My Sky Tablet won't let me use a touch to open & use the Tablet. How do I fix thus issue?

@Leo-9408  Sky Mobile only sell branded tablets such as Samsung or iPads as an example, they don't sell Sky Tablets.

 

If you have a tablet branded Sky then I'm afraid you have the wrong community as this is for Sky UK a TV, Broadband and Mobile provider.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 indicates, tablets carrying a 'Sky' brand name are produced by this company:

and were apparently distributed through a Federal Government programme in the USA.

 

They are not associated in any way with Sky UK, part of Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) whose forum this is.
