I've had a sim contract and mobile contract with sky for 2 years. I've never been able to access my account on the app or web properly. I can login to sky but if I click my products, contracts or any other it says either "restricted as you have no products" or error. My partner has similar contracts with sky and all of her sky ids show on her user page. Mine just shows my email, no 12 digit sky id. Whenever I try to "link sky id" it takes me to a page to enter my details and it ALWAYS says incorrect details - even though I've contacted sky numerous times and they seem to be able to access my account with these details and haven't mentioned any errors. Saying that, every time I've contacted sky it's been no help, this has gone on two years and I don't even know what to do. Need a sky expert.
