I can receive texts but I cant send/reply to text messages with my samsung G20 + 5G phone. I have cleared data and cache and reset mobile network settings. But still cannot send texts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Mark

I have had the same problem for over 2 weeks now. I have spoken to Sky 4 times now and the last call was to the complaints department and was told that there is a national problem and they are working on it. The last call told me that it would be fixed within 3 days - that was 5 days ago. I am at my wits end and I really don't know what to do now.

When you speak to them again ask
them to send you a replacement sim to see if that fixes it for you.
