Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @geoffw1946 if you didn't get your phone from sky that may be the issue as they say you need the latest software from sky and if the phones not from them then it may not work.

As I said I have enabled 5G and Sky says I'm enabled but it's not showing on my phone.
If it's because I didn't buy my phone from Sky then I'm not very impressed with them.
I wonder if they haven't got around to actually switching on my 5G yet although I've had the sim for 10 days.
