I buy the phone but I didn't get phone bill in the box. Now my phone lost so I need phone bill with mentioned imi number

The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.
