Im not new customer , Im already about 21-22 month and first time I be charge 3 times this month . I want someone explain what's going on and why can't speak with anybody just everywhere is robot ? Absolutely crazy and poor customer support

Yes look like for the same month not upfront . I pay every month and this month it's be charger 11.08.25 next 13.08.25. And yesterday 22.08.25  absolutely ridiculous

Can you answer my question or at the very least post an image of this Sky bill and if you do make sure you blank out your name and account/credit agreement numbers.

Perhaps post an image of your bill/s making sure you remove any identifiable information like name, phone or account number.
