I am waiting for a pre paid package to send my S25 back

I spoke to someone from sky Friday about not receiving my pre paid package to send my new S25 back in the cooling off period, do you know if it's been sent to me yet ? As not received today in the post ? Regards Mr Williams

As we are just customers here we can't say for sure when you will receive it but as today is only Monday you mightbjsve a few days to wait as yet.
