I am trying to checkout a mobile phone in my basket and there is nowhere to click to complete purcha

I am trying to purchase on a monthly plan a mobile phone it is now sitting in my basket and I cannot checkout. I am already a Sky customer and just wanted to change my phone to another so do not need sim as already have. Can someone please help?

Have you tried using a different web browser or device, if neither of these help then give Sky a call as they will be able to place the order for you.

Have you tried using a different web browser or device, if neither of these help then give Sky a call as they will be able to place the order for you.

It's doing it for me some six months later, guess it's time to go order a phone elsewhere ?

It is up to you what you do but if it still does the same with another browser and you don't want to call then perhaps going elsewhere is an option.

Have your registered yourself with Sky's accessibility services because when you have there are other ways that you can get in contact with Sky including a messenger service that is open from 9am in the morning as you can see here:
