I am not receiving calls. When dial in it says number not recognised

Can receive texts and get a message saying I've missed a call but doesn't actually call in

To be clear are you saying that when you make any call you get a number not recognised message or do you receive this with certain numbers only ?

I can neither dial out or receive calls. Texts seem ok. If you try and dial in to my number you receive a message saying this number is not recognised

What happens if you try to make a call from your mobile and has this issue started today ?
