If you swap this phone then the £144 will be added as a credit to your account so can be used to pay or part pay your next available bill.

I've been told that we are now able to upgrade, but when I tried to speak to an advisor, they said we still had to pay £57 each. This is not shown on our account, who can l speak to, to clarify this?
