am in Japan and can’t make any calls from my iPhone 13 pro max have full bars just will not dial any of my numbers

Japan is a 'rest of world' tariff and you'll need an appropriate spend cap.

 

It's £2.16 per minute to make calls - ensure the numbers you are calling are properly formatted in international format, e.g. +44 prefix 

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
