You will need to set (or remove) the spendcap.  (I presume it's set as £0)

You can change this in your account.

The passport is £2 per 24 hours.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Although you don't have to have yoi got a spend cap set that is high enough to cover your stay on the country ?

Is your phone set to abroad:

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad..
