I've activated my original sim that came with my phone but I waited over 24 hours and it didn't work so I ordered. New sim and I'm a little worried this one isn't going to work either. Does anyone have any advice as I have a baby and can't afford to not have signal for much longer than I have to

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs neither sim has activated you are going to need to speak to Sky support about this so if you don't have another phone you can use then you can call contact them via X (Twitter) or Facebook Messenger.

Perfect it'll have to be on messenger as I don't have twitter. What do I need to do to contact them
