How to turn off parental controls without a credit card

How can I turn off parental control without a credit card even though I'm 18+???

@Harley5 Sky only have 2 ways to do so, one is by credit card the other is by using an exisiting credit agreement(which has to be with Sky mobile).

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
