My husbands account charges him for picture messaging. Mine doesn't and yet he has a bigger data plan, why ?

Because he's using MMS? (Disable it)

Picture (mms) messages are charged at 80p each. I'm not aware of a plan where they are included.

Hi @Mendip24 sending picture message through the massaging app are chargeable, sending them via WhatsApp, messenger etc use data that comes from your data allowance and are free. Sending from iPhone to iPhone via the messaging app are also free but from iPhone to non iPhone would be chargeable.
