How to join my families Piggybank

My kids, wife and myself all have Sky Mobile. They all have access to the same piggybank but for some reason I don't? Am I able to join their piggybank?

Sounds like your mobile wasn't ordered by the mobile account holder using their details and you have your own account?

Hi @Stecon83  the only way would be if you have had your sim for more than 12 months then order a sim on a different network on PAYG, then use a PAC to transfer your number to that sim, at the same time order a new sim on the family account, activate it then port your number back to that new sim.
