How to get relevent paperwork from sky to claim free watch from Samsung... C

Does anybody know how I can get a proper invoice from sky that Samsung will accept after ordering new Samsung phone. Can't seem to get it thru to sky what I need.. Or has anybody successfully claimed the watch??

There is no invoice number as such.

You need to use your credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

you need to enter your credit agreement number minus the letters

alternatively enter your sky account number

Thank you and yes that's what sky tells you... Samsung however have a different idea.. And kicks out out every time! Saying I need to have something with sky logo, invoice that's dated..I have sent them everything that's available on my sky...?

the current offer isn't for a watch but a wireless charger and AirPods but has the offers regularly changed this isn't unusual, I'm going to tag a fellow superuser who hopefully will have an idea how to find the claim process for the watch 

@caesarome can you assist in tracking down the claim process for the watch? Not sure how you find pass offers once they change on the website
