Hi. I was selling my old phone to a resale sight but they're saying it's still locked to my iCloud account (despite the fact it's not showing on any at my end and I cleared it before sending)z I've now asked to them to return it to me but they're asking for proof of purchase/ownership before they'll do it (they're happy to pay me for it without all that but as soon as o ask for it back, they want me to prove it's mine (?). I found the order int he Sky app and while it shows I'm the IMEI number, it doesn't show the name/address of the owner and when I access the bills, they just say the type/colour of the phone and not any other details to prove the phone they have on their hands is mine.
How do I request proof of ownership from Sky? I found some info but not 'how' you actually request it.
