How to claim my free samsung ear buds

I signed up to sky mobile and as part of my package I am entitled to a free pair of samsung ear buds. I have no idea how I can claim this offer. Can anyone advise?

Samsung s24 got it at the start of December in Ireland. The deal included free galaxy ear buds, but I have no idea how to claim them or if they are went after a period of time.

You can try putting in a claim in but you might be to late as you have 30 days to do it from the date of purchase as you can see here:

Thanks for help on this, looks like I missed the 30 day window to claim the ear buds. Would have been nice if Sky informed me of the process to claim these!

It's a promotion by Samsung, not Sky as such.  The terms and conditions make this clear and the necessary information is displayed at the time of purchase.

If you placed the order online then the information will have been on the webpage that you ordered your device from including the link and how long you had to get you claim in.
