How to claim free galaxy buds when S25 hasn't been shipped yet

I preordered the S25 on 23rd January and I can claim free buds but I need the imei number of the phone which I don't have yet because it hasn't been shipped yet. Any suggestions or is it just bad luck on my part? The time frame will probably be gone by the time I get the phone.

The imei number should be in the credit agreement that you signed and that should be in your message centre:

Thank you so much. I've checked on all the documents I received and there is no mention of the imei number, just the description of the phone.
