How to assemble the box to return mobile swap

I have struggled with this, instructions are useless and impossible to see properly. No photographs or youtube vide anywhere.

I've put it together but cannnot believe this is how it should be as its rattling around in the box. I think I'm going to open the box 

and put something else in there o secure it. 

Please Sky, just a short 1 minute video would be such a help.

If you can't assemble it then you can use the packaging your new device came in or anything you have or can get your hands on.
