I can't seem to find an answer to this question in chats so if anyone can please clarify - my wife is an existing sky mobile customer, I recently also took out a new sky mobile contract - how can we now link our accounts, in the main to share data?

If you both have a sim then the only way around this is for one of you to order a new sim on one of your accounts and perhaps cancel the other one or transfer it to a PAYG network then pay to this new sim.

Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt reply, it's a shame they will not allow this as it's the same household albeit separate mobile contacts as they can configure the system to allow this but I will try the work around route by adding a sim to one of the accounts
