How the hell do I get to speak to someone at sky if I can't make calls on my sky mobile number,

Unable to make or receive calls. Customer care cuts me off using a non-sky number and I can't find a general helpline number

Are your services restricted due to a missed payment or is the issue connected to the mobile problems encountered by some customers over the last 48+ hours?

I think it is due to the issues but when I search service status it says no issues in my area
