How long should i wait for my swap returned phone to register as returned with Sky?

I used the 48 hour tracked sky pre packaged label and box to send back a my swap phone yestersay.  How long should i wait before sky shoudl acknowledge that the parcel has been sent.

It can take 2-3 weeks for the phone you have returned to be inspected and your account to be updated so if you only returned it yesterday you will have a few weeks at most to wait. You might get an earlier acknowledgement confirming that they have it but we can't say for sure if you will definitely get this.

Thanks for your answer.  It was just how long to wait on the 'on the way back to us' section would take to update.

Hi @Aw+giving+up+soon  if it's 48 hour delivery then it won't be updated for at least 48 hours and this sometimes doesn't happen at weekends so it could be Monday/Tuesday.

Did you use the box your new phone came in to return with the return label they provide..I got an email saying they will send me packaging

You can use the box your new phone came in as there should be a small return label on the inside that you can use.
