How long it takes it get a refund? After leaving sky

Hi

I have the same problem. I ordered an iPhone 17 on 3rd Nov 2025, and after paying the upfront money the sky cancelled my order and I didn't get any refund till now! 

I called the Sky and they told me wait for 14 days. But still nothing!!!!

What should I do? [Removed]

It’s possible you may have failed one of the required credit check(s). For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
