Recently purchased a Samsung tablet like an hour ago order has gone through but I have not been billed yet and cannot see that I have purchased anything how long does it take for that to process?

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Billing doesn't start until you receive it:

So it is 3 days after activation or up to 13 days if paying by direct debit.
Ut can take up to 24 hours to appear on your account.
