I have returned my phone for a repair after just 3 months, I have conformation it was returned then nothing. How long does it take and how long am I expected to wait without a replacement or repair?

Hi @chris+schwarz it normally takes a few weeks for a device to be assessed/repaired. If it's been longer than that then call sky to get an update.

There are no direct numbers for departments. Every call must go through the normal customer services number.
