Changed from 02 to Sky but how long do i have to wait to activate the new sim Its been 24 hours and still not activated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe sim should activate more or less straight away but sometimes for unknown reasons it doesn't appear to sim using another phone I would give Sky a call as they might want to send you another sim to try.

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
