How long does it take for iPhone 13 to be delivered for completely new customer

I have ordered iPhone 13 as a new customer and it said next day delivery even tho I've not heard nothing no emails or texts only a confirmation and to say it will be delivered soon I was wondering how long this takes

It also appears the delivery estimates on the website aren't always that accurate.

It said in stock and online it says I need to contact them for a update but my emails say I don't
