Does anybody know how long it takes before Sky confirm they have received my phone?

It says it was delivered on the 29th and I have still heard nothing?

2-3 weeks, possibly longer given the recent iPhone 17 release.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
