I ordered a Sky pay as you go SIM card, this will be for my first mobile phone. I explained I had no mobile number to transfer or keep as it was my first mobile phone.
ive received the SIM card which has details of an activation code and my sim number, but there is no mention of my new telephone number.
can anyone help me.

Try calling another mobile or your landline phone as the number will be shown in that phone. It should also be shown in the mobile section of the MySky app that you can install on it.

Sorry your right it's not pay as you go, I'm going to be paying £5 a month.
So what your saying is that the mobile telephone number is already connected to my sim and I don't have to do anything else to get one.
