Hello I've have just got a samsung s24 ultra and can claim a chromebook go but I don't have a link how do I claim my gift thanks do I have to contact sky or anyone know a link thanks I have checked emails but can't find anything

Hi I am also trying to claim this but can't find the invoice for mobile to use as proof of purchase, the email sent isn't being accepted by Samsung - any suggestions. Thank you

I went through this! I used the IMEI number in both the invoice number drop down, and the IMEI number drop down, and it worked 👍

You need, I think, to purchase the Chromebook Go separately, then claim the Chromebook cost from Samsung. Be careful though, as the T&Cs specifically say that it must be a Titan Grey Chromebook, and not any other colour. I'm finding that getting one in that clour is next to impossible.

Filled in form to claim this and asked for an invoice no - don't have kne. Tried calling "contact us" tel no & doesn't even ring.
Can't bypass the inv slot to fill in as it won't allow.
How is everyone else claiming?
