Discussion topic: How do I send my old mobile back to sky?

I have upgraded my phone and am returning my old phone to sky. I was under the impression they would send a return bag for it. I haven't received one and now they have emailed saying I need to return the device. How and where do I send it?

You should use the packaging the new device was delivered in and previously the return label was said to be inside but a little hard to see. If you've disposed of that you'll need to call Sky to as for more packaging.

If you need to call Sky @Sarah2567 then the free number to use from your new phone is just 150.
